Online Invoices and Concierge Registration

A quick how-to if you've never set up an account on our website.

If you've received one of our Concierge Enrollment Invoices for our Early Childhood Music classes (Music Together®; Canta y Baila; and Little Drummers, Big Voices) or an invoice for your Music for Little Mozarts class or Private Instruction, you can make a payment online.

First, if you haven't already, you'll need to log in using the email address the invoice was sent to. If you haven't already set up your online account, you'll need to use the "Forgot Username" option and enter the email address at which you received the invoice. Then use the "Forgot Password" option to make a new password.

Then visit the Make a Payment page and enter your billing information. Unfortunately this page won't show you any itemization of your bill. For itemization, please refer to the email that was sent to you or call us at (512) 474-2331.

After we receive the payment, we'll finalize the enrollment and send a confirmation email.



What is Concierge Enrollment?

In order to make enrollment for the next session of your Early Childhood Music class as easy as possible, we instituted Concierge Enrollment. Students currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Music class (Music Together; Canta y Baila; and Little Drummers, Big Voices) have a spot reserved at the same time and on the same day of the week in the upcomming session. Families are sent an invoice with the Early Registration Discount already included and have a week to pay for this session before enrollment opens to the public. Just before enrollment opens to the public, any unpaid reservations are removed.
